The hotel was amazingly clean in particular the air filtraion was awesome The showers in the rooms are the largest we've seen in Europe and totally comfortable The beds were the biggest and most comfortable in all of Italy The staff was engaging, helpful and spoke adequate English The bar is small, but well stocked for drinks at all hours Breakfast included eggs and beacon (a luxury in Europe) was included with the room WiFi was included in the room rate (also a rarerity) Two free bottles of wa.
alle beoordelingen » this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator. the bed was very comfortable and pillows very cozy. nice bathroom. great showerhead. breakfast is quite big, with very good cakes and cornetto and such. eggs were pretty good. the bar is pretty well . We enjoyed our stay at Rome Times Hotel. The location was convenient, only a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The place is very modern and clean. As we were staying in a studio, we were located in the building a few doors down from the main hotel structure but the hotel staff were efficient in assisting us to our room with our luggage. We stayed in 3 different places in Rome and by far this one was our favourite. Would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location. Nice and clean and new rooms. Lovely furniture. Comforable beds and dark curtains - gave you a very good night sleep even though traffic outside. Roof top terrace with furniture to relax in. Stayed in the annex (only a few steps down the street) without breakfast, but every morning we went to the "cafeteria" the next door and had a lovely cappuccino and Croiassant. Perfect start of the day!. The location was perfect! We were walking all day long and coming to our hotel after a long day of walking and finding our room perfectly clean, bed perfectly fresh was an excellent thing! Also the terrace in the second building we were staying at was very romantic and relaxing. All in all: we loved this hotel and highly recommend it!!!. The hotel was in a great location for visiting Rome! The price was great for the fantastic room and the staff helped us find all the best restaurants in the area. The included Breakfast was a great way to start the day in the comfortable lounge. the staying at the hotel made the trip amazing. on one of the main streets,close to almost everything by walking,friendly staff. the junior sweet room was beautiful and comfort.the design of the hotel was also amazing.breakfast was average but good with some fresh juices. Junior Suite was lovely with enough space for four. Being a new hotel everything is shiny and a lot of attention to detail. Very close to all the sites even for guests with mobility issues. And if you will stay in the rooms with the terrace - it will be really an unforgettable experience. There was nothing really right outside our door -- although there was plenty within a 5-10 minute walk and cabs were easy to get though every ride was 10-15 Euro (or $13-20 us) The food (outside of breakfast) could have been better The room was stated as a wheelchair accessible but the bathroom really was not. i thought i booked a room with a view. you forgot to patch up a hole in the bathroom wall. glass partition in tub/shower does nothing. floor near toilet gets soaking wet. Place was perfect. Bad lightening in the room. The only thing that we could hear all the noises from the rooms nearby and I suppose people in those rooms could hear us too. And be aware of the mini-bar, which you should pay after you take smth. As newbies in hotel services we weren't aware of that. There was no parking at the hotel and it cost us 35 euros a day to park in a garage 15 minutes away. The shower was open to the room, so when anyone was showering in our group, there was no privacy. Breakfast was not included in room and was expensive for what was available. There should have been a child's price too. Would say that there is no need to change the soap everyday as this is wasteful. A simple soap dish or hand wash dispenser would reduce the mess left by the soap and be more Eco friendly. &Quot;Triple room" on booking is actually "Double room with extra bed," so hotel should make changes at online booking form. Nothing I did not like you can see however the hotel is basic. It is basically to sleep and rest. The room could do with more lights and water replaced each day. The room we got was small and didn't have a luggage rack so we were walking over our suitcases on the floor. No complaints. No English channel TV program, all Italian. 1. We stayed on a terrace suite which was located on the top roof of a seperate apartment. The security was a big concern for us, as the elevator allows direct access to our floor, and our suite was only locked with a simple key. 2. Free water was only supplied for the 1st day, while we made total 3 nights of stay. We hope the hotel could provide the free water daily. nothing. No iron!!!. Despite the newness of the hotel (opened only in April!) our room shows signs of wear and tear. Edges of bath not sealed properly; wooden floor raised by moisture already; power points too loose for plugs to stay on, etc. A full-length mirror in the room would have been welcome but it was no where to be found in the hotel either!. Breakfast was great but a 4 star hotel ought to offer decent orange juice! Really!. Paying an extra ten euros to have room service. 15 - 20 min walk to nearest sights Ventilation in shower not effective WiFi hit & miss and speed was slow. Noise of outside in the room. Leaving. Drawers or shelfs are missing in the room and in the bathroom. There is no car park. I liked it all!. Suggestion: We were two couples traveling with a baby boy and staying in a quadruple room that had the shower with no door separation, so when somebody was taking a shower the others were forced to stay in bed. It would be great if you can put a glass separation. Breakfast was not good value compared to the quality of the room. well- the price.....but Ok.
