The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.
The owner of the hotel was kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
There are pharmacy near, ATM's back to the hotel, little stores to
buy water and fruits, and places to eat. We recommend "il
pomodorino" near to the hotel (no expensive, good quality, good
taste, etc).
Room was a very good size - especially for Rome. Very comfortable bed,
excellent bathroom - especially the shower (water pressure, size of
shower, height of shower head).
The owner of the hotel Stefano - very kind and flexible in taking care of the guests and making sure them to come back

It was very good value for money. The rooms were very clean and the staff are very friendly,It was a nice experience for a weekend.
My room was very big and the service was perfect. I also enjoyed the
design and the comfort during my visit. I recommend it!.
The owners were friendly and accomodating, and the room was perfectly acceptable. Good location close to the Via Veneto.
Great location, wonderful big newly-refurbished room (we especially loved the double shower in our room!), lovely owner!.
Modernly furnished, breakfast was served in the room. Convenient transport to major landmarks.
Good location and good standard of the rooms. Excellent value for money.
central location, large room, good coffee, cleanness,.
Location, Design.
The manager speaks good English and he was ready always to offer any
help. I like the location, easy to walk to the Spanish Steps, the rooms
are pleasant and has all the comfort that we needed.
Everything was great except the thickness of the walls - the rooms arent
sound proof and you colud hear everyone witch is a bit problem in the
morning if you are a late awaker like me:) you better skip the breakfast
- its much better to eat fresh cornetti ( french croissant) in the town
center and drink great capuccino than eating it in the room. Enjoy!.
The breakfast had no meat of any kind.
The building was being worked on.
Lady who prepares the breakfast speaks no English at all - not even the
basics - so could be difficult if you don't speak any Italian.
Requirement to specify arrival time very precisely is a little
frustrating. Also, we were half an hour late checking out as we had some
shopping to do. When we arrived back at the room at 11.30am, all of our
belongings had been placed in the common area and the next customers had
checked in (even though check-in is specified as after 12.30pm).
nothing.
The only drawback is that there is no reception. The owner comes only every morning, prepares breakfast, cleans the rooms and then goes away for the rest of the day- fortunately we didn't need anything so we didn't have any problem with that. Oh, and she doesn't speak any English, so you'd better brush up your Italian!.
Variety of breakfast.
breakfast made of snacks and packed cookies, thin walls, can hear any conversation from corridor and other rooms, cash payment at check-up (even it is a POS in place, they pretend it doesn't work and ask to withdraw cash from local banks).
Breakfast
No phon in the room and in La Casa at all.
The building was under renovation surrounded by scaffoldings' and
protection sheets. Noise from the construction workers started 7 in
morning. We had to close the door all day to the balcony making the room
dark and to avoid seeing workers walking on the scaffoldings'. The
corridor between the rooms is so narrow I could easy hear the noise from
other room as well the traffic noise from the street. I would prefer to
pay little more and stay in an hotel.
