The Host is very friendly and helpful all day when needed and always keeping clean rooms and bath; he gave lot of good advice and a tourist map on our arrivel!
You can use kitchen and Coofeemat for breakfast, some cereals and Toasts are offered and the fridge for your own foodstuff!
Good place to start to Rome Sights, near to metro (for antic rome and Centre) and to Vatican/San Peter can be walked in minutes,

A delightful friendly and safe place to stay. Our room was bright, spacious, with a very comfortable bed and, like the whole of the property, spotlessly clean. The proprietors Catalina and Claudio aim to please and made us very welcome. All in all more than you can hope for in such a modestly priced B & B. The location is in a modern part of the city, close to the Vatican but well-connected to other sights by the nearby metro and bus 492 from Cipro station. We'll certainly choose Home d.
Loved living in B & B Homе Di Chiara. Incredibly gracious and welcoming hostess Viola. We are very grateful to her for cleanliness, attentiveness and responsiveness. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a fridge, because there was no break with storage of the products we buy in the store. Convenient location: to the Vatican 10 minutes walk, to the center of Rome - 15 minutes by subway.
This place is perfect to see Roma, Vatican just by few streets, you can see it's hills through the windows, metro station can be reached in few mintutes. Near by are few nice restaurants and cafes.
Rooms are clean and nicely designed, they look like just how shown in photos, so it was very pleasant to stay.
Also, owner is very kind and caring and we would like to thank him for great home in Roma!.
The staff was beyond excellent, they received us without problems in late check-in (we had adviced in advance) and he was very polite and always willing to attend any doubts or requests, this point deserves and 10 byitself.
Everything else was excellent, location close to Vatican and Metro and facilities always clean :) Price very competitive in comparisson to Rome average.

The BnB is very well run and very private. The bathrooms (shared in our case) were cleaned regularly and were very neat and modern. The room was spacious. The hostess speaks no English whatsoever so be prepared with basic Italian phrases. The breakfast was very basic but the coffee was great! We were greeted with a gelato on arrival.
We've enjoyed the great hospitality of our host. The clean room was greatly appreciated and the morning coffee and breakfast were very good.
If your looking for a place to visit all the attractions and the streets of Rome the location of the apartment was very suitable, near the subway and just a few minutes of walking to Vatican.

We stayed for 5 nights at Home Di Chiara together with my dauhter. The place completely met our expectations. We enjoyed most the warm hospitality of Viola, who introduced us to the facilities and explained carefully everything. The bathrooms and kitchen were always clean and well kept.

The accomodation was within easy reach of the city centre. The metro station and the Vatican was a short walk (5-10 minutes). The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean (daily cleaning). The bed size was giant.

The location is very good, and it's very near to Vantican. The room is overall comfortable. The reception desk lady is nice and prepared warm water for us.
Home di Chiara is a charming apartment, well located in the Prati area. The rooms and bathroom facilities were clean & nice.
small but a non critical point: (maybe) the table in our room could be a bit larger and a second Stair would be helpful, when two persons have booked a room,.

The BnB is just off the main street and so it was quite noisy with traffic - but because it was just off the mian street it was also convenient for catching trains, buses and getting to shops etc.

The "kitchen" wasn't really a kitchen (there was only a microwave to cook with) and you had to pay extra to use it anyway...
Lack of a fridge in the room (huge room, plenty of space for a small fridge), traffic noise even though on the 6th floor.

It difficult to find addresses, base in an apartment building, the door is the porter, but if on Saturday to will call ahead, because the guard personnel holiday, the door locked into not to go.In Rome for three days, two days to wash the cold bath, the water heater is not to force.
The reception desk lady can't speak English. The location is near to the main street, and it's somehow noisy at night.
The lady managing the apartment was a bit too overbearing and made me as guest feel uncomfortable.
