Place is great! Not far from Termini station( 15 min walk) araund shops and caffes, metro station line 2. Liked small elevator and in room is all what need for some nights.
Staff is friendly. Location is very nice, close to nice restaurants and bars - so you can get quick food and even milk for kids. Very nice to station termini, which connects you to most of the tourist locations.
It was difficult to locate the hotel from station termini for the first time, as the local people were not very helpful when we asked the address. The hotel doesn't have any proper sign board outside the building so it created a bit of problem.
1. Location: only a short walk from Termini station 2. Staff are nice - the pos machine wasn't working when I arrived there so they asked me to pay for it one day later. No bad attitude. 3. Clean. The cleaner was nice too. 4. Big bathroom. Good hot water. 5. Old elevator - it works very well so I don't think it should be criticized just because of its age 6. TV and air conditioner work well
1. Wifi doesn't work well. Waste a lot of time 2. Wish there was a kitchen or a kettle.
The room was very clean, they clean the room every day. I admire their cleaness.
It is not like the regular hotel. It was in a building and occupieed 4th and 5th floor. There was also 2 other hotel in the same building. You cannot find the location easily. ALso it is not close to the metro stations.
10 mins talk from roma termini, easy access. located inside a shared apartment building, old style security system but functional. the elevator from old time makes you feel like time travel. regular room cleaning and stable wifi

The location was splendid and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A lot of good places to eat nearby and it's very close to sights-to-see in Rome.
The rooms were small, especially the bathroom but didn't bother me that much since I am a tiny person.
Clean and comfortable. Easy access to train station .. Walking distance. We walked to all the main sights we wanted to see. Eg colosseum, piazzas, St. Peter's ( long hike but doable if you like walking!) close to restaurants. Cutest lift to take you up to hotel!
Tiny shower, but that's a very minor inconvenience.
Friendly & helpful reception. Central location and within easy walking distance to the sights. Lots of restaurants close by at reasonable prices.

Close to the city center, relatively cheap. The room was rather big.
Very small bathroom and an erratic staff (e.g. lack of clarity about breakfast). You can find better B&B in the same neighborhood.
Location was perfect - just few minutes to the Underground station - with 10 min connections to the all the city attractions..Comfortable room with ac & sound-proof..
Nothing on the site was said about this hotel being actually on the 3rd high floor in a multistorey building - and that no luggage would fit into the lift!.. So-called breakfast was in a cafe close by - but you can only get either coffee - or orange juice with 1 (one) croissant.. Wi-Fi in the room didn't work ok.
