  The hospitality of the owner is just amazing. The arrangement of the rooms is well-planned so that we don't hear other people through the walls. The breakfast is just wonderful. If you are debating whether to add the breakfast option, we highly recommend you take this option!! You won't regret it. The place is just outside SG city wall and it's just 3 minutes walk to the - One of the best places we have ever stayed! The owner - Anna - and her parents are endlessly lovely. The freshly home made breakfasts have just been perfect with a dazzling view over the Tuscan landscape. You could even see the picturesque small town of San Gimignano from the back of the garden! Plus parking is free inside the backyard. Our room was simple but really nice and very clean.   Whilst actual villa was difficult to find, we 'phoned the owner, who came to collect us and direct us back to the villa! She (Elisabetta) could not have been more welcoming. She had left us a bottle of water and a bottle of wine from her own vineyard. On the 3rd day she brought us some home-made biscotti. The villa itself, whilst a little dark, wa... wat mensen zeggen » s excellent and had everything you needed. A good location for getting out and about and the views were truly amazing. - Everything! Very thankful to the host (Judith). She made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Specially as we didn't have a car. Can't really summarise all, just that we were glad we chose to stay here.

  We stayed here for our honeymoon and my wife and I were so happy and pleased with Riccardo and Caterina and our stay here. It was so romantic and the grounds were kept perfectly manicured. Everyone was friendly and we had the best breakfast there. The view was spectacular like something out of a postcard.
