The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

La Farina is a lovely place to stay at while on vacation in Florence.
Staff is helpful, welcoming, and multilingual.
The apartments are in close proximity to the metro station and staff will gladly call you a cab/taxi - that arrives within 3 minutes guaranteed - if you need to go to a site that requires access by taxi/cab.

I really liked the space and the facilities, especially the laundromat
(paid) and car park (free). The apartment was well furnished and was
extremely comfortable for us. It was also in a safe neighborhood, though
it's not very near the city central (approximately 15-20mins walk to
most locations). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's
clearly states that check-in ends at 7pm, however due to some delays on
the roads, we only managed to reach by 715pm, but they waited for us
anyway.

We had a little 'house' (probably well converted garage) in the garden, which was delightful. It also contained a mini kitchen. We were able to park the car just in front of this in the garden. Good quality and very 'civilised' breakfast. Longish, but good, walk into town.

Very central location, 5 minutes to smn train station and 5 minutes to
Duomo, 1 minute to great produce market; to cook own meals (try the
fresh pasta made at the markets). Great apartments, well fitted out and
free wi-fi. The reception is not always manned so they ask you in
advance for an arrival time; otherwise you may find a locked building.

Very well located, spacious, very clean. Possibility to cook our own food with the food market 2 steps away. The balcony was an amazing place to finish the bottle of wine after dinner. There was also a supermarket close by to get more basic food and drinks. Absolutely everything in Florence is walking distance from this apartment, the train station is 5 minutes away and it's close enough to the main attractions to come back for dinner and then go back out to spend the evening.
