Staff are all helpful and friendly including the chef. We had dinner one evening and it did not disappoint. All amazing I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We only wish we had time to stay longer to enjoy the amenities of garden, pool and courts also the peaceful relaxing countryside. You do need to be travelling by vehicle as it is in the hillside overlooking the town of San Gimiginano.   The location was beautiful, breath taking views of vineyards, the property was well manicured, very Tuscan. The rooms were large and airy and they had a lovely swimming pool and spa. Good collection of wines - From the check-in until the check-out it felt like home because everybody is working with great hospitality.

  We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of.   Loved this hotel. Radda in Chianti is now one of our favorite locations in Italy and this hotel was luxurious. Staff great. Breakfasts great.
