  Great location just by the sea. Lovely view - we had a sea view room which was soo worth the extra 30 €. Very nice private beach/rocks with ok food, good service and comfortable sun beds. Maria Teresa in the front desk helped us out very good. She should be head of this hotel, not the grumpy old man in the front desk. And we liked that it was so close to the other bars and restaurants in the resort.

  Just returned from our Sardinian holidays, after a full week at La Jacia. The real value of this hotel is its location and the helpfulness of the staff. About 10-15min walk from the 'center' of Baja Sardinia with plenty of bars and restorants, a supermarket right next to it, and a very short drive to the best beaches of Costa Smeralda. If you have - Our stay was excellent thanks good service from staff: Daniella, Luca, Bibiana... all of them were very professional and make us feel as if we were at home. The hotel is very beautiful, with a confortable rooms (I absolutely recomend superior room with terrace!) The area is excellent, with nature, good beaches, good people, the town very clean....;) In the swimming pool area there are places to sun tan and you can enjoy and relax if you dont want to go out the hotel.   The owner of the apartments was always happy to help us out with any requests we had. We stayed in an apartment with sea views and it was fantastic. We can't wait to stay there again. The apartments are close to the beach and a new supermarket has recently opened up nearby so we didn't have to trek up the main street to the shops. - It was a "... wat mensen zeggen » little Thailand" - nice apartments settled in a hill between palmtrees and flowers with a beautiful see view. Very quiet, clean and well-maintained place. Excellent location - close to the beach and within a walking distance to the town Villasimius. Rooms nice, simple but functional.

  The hotel was in a super location, 50 metres from the town square and about 300m fro the beach. Very clean, incredibly helpful and charming hosts, simple, but with everything you needed. Santa Theresa was divine, the beach was amazing, water like swimming in a pool and white sand. Seemed to be a holiday destination mostly for Italians, a pretty, ... wat mensen zeggen » pastel town which was so charming, and some great restaurants, our favourite being Marlin. A very relaxing way to wind up a busy holiday in Italy. - lovely very comfortable room with balcony with nice view on the roofs/sky. right in the center, very friendly and helpful owner and receptionist. fantastic breakfast - and you get as many well fresh made coffees as you like... the place to be!;-))

  We originally planned to stay here for 6 nights, but ended up staying 3 nights extra! Staff is amazing, very sweet and caring people. I + Clean rooms, every day clean although we were often late leaving the room + Breakfast is very complete for an italian hotel: - I was travelling by bike and was warmly welcomed as a cyclist - the owner showed me a huge repair kit I could use and gave me a wonderfully strong pump to pump up my tyres. Free welcome drink as a nice gimmick - bar terrace right at the marina.
