  I really liked the location even though you need a car to get around. There are very good restaurants nearby, great sandy beaches. I liked privacy in the appartments, they are well equiped (except for missing bed sheets and towels which you have to pay for).   It is a wonderful hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Near the small town of Tortoli, from the hotel there is a bus every day (4 euro).   We stayed here over a week ago and thoroughly enjoyed our time. It is a fantastic place if you want to see some of the most beautiful areas of the island. Highlights of the stay were: the natural swimming pools (which are incredible, tucked in between the mountains and forests), the beach (it was definitely one of the most picturesque beaches we ... wat mensen zeggen » have ever been to, you don't feel like in Europe, it reminded us of Brasil. The other great thing about it was that there were only about ten people t - a fantastic experience. Staff friendly, location awesome service with a smile. The food is traditional Sardinian cuisine and the serving are generous to the extent I would recommend dieting for a few days before going. The food is also delicious and the Pecorino (hard sheep's cheese) made in house by the proprietor is the best you can get.
