  The best thing is that the place is not a tourist trap, but has all the facilities for travelling family/famillies. On the lake there is a small beach 100 yards from the accomodation - good swimming in a great setting. There is Pizzeria on main drag as is a very good Spar if you - The owner met us from the train, and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is beautifully clean and very comfortable. It's right in the centre of Marone, close to shops, bars, banks and restaurants, and very close to the railway station. The setting is very beautiful, right on Lake Iseo. There are lots of lovely places to visit, with walks to suit everyone.

  Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished. The in-house restaurant was excellent (especially the tagliolini al limone) and the wines are of a high quality. - We loved the peace and quiet... wat mensen zeggen » , the pool, the food and the wine made on site were great, Patrizia, the reception manager was very helpful and welcoming and the air conditioning. All were great.

  All amenities were standard, but the atmosphere made it memorable. Extremely friendly and helpful people there. Restaurant food was excellent and the cook was genuinely interested to make us happy. The house itself a historic building is located in the beautiful smalltown of Berbenno, which is full of architectural and cultural marvels.

  The location is very convenient - it is the center of the "new" city with an abundance of life (the entrance to the hotel overlooks the main street), lots of cafes and shops (5 minutes walk 5-storey shop coin).
