  Beaufifully situated hotel. Very elegant and spacious rooms, directly on the lake. Very nice and professional crew.Magnificent views. Breakfast always fresh and big variety. Close to the towns Gardone and Salo. Rooms were always clean (2x a day being cleaned) Large swimming pool, spa area, jaccuzzi and outside pool are just great!   The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. The staff were so accommodating. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.

  The Spa!! I wasn't aware of the size and scope of the spa when I booked the hotel. I was there for the cycling but according to the 5 others in our group (not cyclists), I'm a genus. The spa is absolutely fantastic - and included in the price. There are pools, tubs, mud baths, hot pools, cold pools, saunas, steam rooms, quiet rooms for napping, ou... wat mensen zeggen » tside, inside, deep, shallow, hydrotherapy, waterfalls... You get the idea. And all with the natural mineral water. You also get free access to the Ba - Thermal water pools excellent!!! Our room not too big but very confortable,clean with balcony. Nice surprises for guests- each atrenoon glass of wine free for quests,Friday&Saturdays buffet with excellent wine. Very elegant and good restarant.Very,very polite service.

  We loved everything about the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni! We made our reservation based on a recommendation from a well-travelled, trusted friend, and we were not disappointed. The entire facility is pristine, despite it's age. Our room overlooked the garden and was right next to the church. It was lovely in every sense of the word. The windows opene - Superbly located on water's edge with magnificent outlook over the lake to the western shore. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious (two rooms plus excellent bathroom) with lake view. Staff were pleasant and helpfull with no trace of pretension or snobbishness. Dinner in Mistral restaurant, while expensive, was superb and good value. As a bit of a splurge, Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni really delivered and is on our bucket-list for a return visit!
