The location is great--right next to Villa Borghese, a huge park where you can run, walk, ride bicycles (for rent), and cool off in the summer (there are museums and a zoo as well).   The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. The Pantheon, Trevy Fountain, and Spanish Steps are all within a short 15 minute walk (or less!); even The Vatican is ... wat mensen zeggen » about a 20 minute walk; and the Colesseum is about 30 minutes...we never needed a taxi, and that was a huge advantage at staying at Hotel Adriano. Oh - Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. Breakfast was continental plus possibility of scrambled or boiled eggs - good selection of breads and fresh fruit. A couple of ladies keep replenishing table cloths and replacing food as it is

  The staff were fantastic, special thanks to Monica for all her assistance, breakfast was included and good, close to supermarket. 20 minute train ride to Rome. Very quiet at night. - We went to Rome one day and the beach the next. This was a very nice apartment and worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The restaurant around the corner has great food.

This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   This is absolutely gorgeous location with amazing view. The B&B itself is in old building but renovated and everything is brand new. In the building there is also a restaurant with amazing food and great atmosphere. You can buy local wine very cheap, its produced on premises. Very comfy beds and clean bathroom.
