  If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. There are two great small restaurants owned by the hotel just across the street where you can eat lunch and din... wat mensen zeggen » ner. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

  Antonio, oh, Antonio! You made our stay so wonderful, we will remember it forever! Thank you for roses and champaign on our honeymoon! Jacuzzi on the roof top with night Roma view is incredible! We are under the best impressions and would reccomend this hotel to our friends. We also got a free upgrade to LUX as a present and breakfast was served ... wat mensen zeggen » during the whole day! Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  Mooie landelijke locatie boven Rome met meerdere losstaande huisjes. Uitzicht op het bergachtige gebied. Terrein afgesloten met een elektrisch bedienbare poort. Mooi zwembad met zout water. Appartementen zijn voorzien van een behoorlijk uitgebreide keuken (vierpits gasformuis, koelkast, vriesvak, espressomachine). De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk e... wat mensen zeggen » n heeft veel tips over wat de moeite is om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! - Matteo was very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty but hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min down the road. - Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

  Extremely family friendly site, our kids aged 10 and 7 loved going off on their own to the shops, entertainment, trampolines and park. The chalet was excellent, much bigger than any we've had before and bigger than the thomsons ones on site.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.
