Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

quiet neighborhood, interesting and quirky place to stay--like sleeping

A beautiful place to stay in Tivoli! Just minutes by foot from the Villa d'Este, it is a convenient walk to the Villa Gregoriana also. Plenty of shops and restaurants up in the town. Gianluca could not have been a more welcoming or helpful host. He texted us ahead of time with help on how to find our way. We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit. The room has a fridge and a TV with nearly endless channels in different languages. Outside the room is a kitchenette which can be used for self-made meals or coffee.

B & B Roma, was everything we expected. Good location, close enough to the train station to collect our car, near the metro, but in excellent walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and hairdryer. Being in a courtyard the apartment was so quiet at night which made a great sleeping place. A small useful shared kitchen was available, we made sandwiches for lunch each day to keep

Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was

Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby. There was also a microwave availabe. -

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so

The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.
