Nice design classy, but conversations in foyer/courtyard , very audible through open window due to amplification of sound from the four walls surrounding the yard. Amazing and super friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast, a lot of character , and even though many rooms have a small number of steps - I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so much to the staff ! The hotel is in a great location close to The Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The room was lovely and most importantly the bed was comfortable. Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large signage though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

  Het was erg schoon en andrei was erg vriendelijk - Very good B&B especially for the price standards of Rome. Breakfast was reasonable, with no set time to eat, so we could have the breakfast whenever we woke up in a self-service scheme, with a nice expresso machine in the lobby.
