Laura met us at the airport (return price at 10 euro). Italian breakfast My husband left his coat in the arrival hall, Laura phoned for us to 'left luggage'. very kind, also she tried to do everything possible to give you a good stay at Il Focolare. I certainly would recommend this B&B. 5 Min. walk from the sea.

- The room is very clean and comfortable
- Nice atmosphere in the hotel

- The hotel is placed near the metro station (about 350 m) so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome very quickly

Irene and all of the staff were amazingly kind, helpful and funny! This
was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness
are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful
incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world
with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would
stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)----
Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes).
Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram).
Internet access was via one wifi acces

Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining.
Rooms were cleaned daily.
Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini.
There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel.
Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh.
The price-to-location ratio was five star!

I travel in Italy a lot, work and have a home there. This hotel had
millionaire service and an economy price. The hotel was immaculate. The
staff was incredibly hospitable and informative and accommodating. The
beds were fantastic - I shared a two twin room - I need a support

The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was
very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The
place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound-
proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even
set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at
3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and
location! Will definitely stay again!

A well kept clean hotel in the very centre of Tarquinia. Our room looked over the square, but was still quiet. Clean modern bathroom. Easy to find with plenty of dining within easy walking. The english speaking owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They went well out of their way to help us. We will never forget the trouble they went too

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality.
