We got a bedroom for 4 person, very clean, spacious with a small interconnected room (for a young kid) and private bathroom, breakfast was also included (Italian breakfast). The location is very convenient--right next to a tram stop leading to the center of Rome, and a short walk from the train to the airport. - We loved the apartment & Sara & Rosie were friendly & helpful.   Giovanni was wonderful - friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was able to suggest local restaurants (which were excellent), looked into reservations at the Borghese Gallery for us, provided an excellent map of the city (which Rome's tourist info at the train station would not give us unless we purchased the Roma pass), and overall ... wat mensen zeggen » provided lots of very helpful information. Our room looked directly toward the Tiber and was perfectly situated for exploring Rome. - Very good place. The location is one of the main advantages: close to Spanish steps and Vatican, but the street is very quiet, so that you can easily sleep with open windows. The room is rather comfortable with a very clean and well-designed bathroom. The owner of the b&b is a wonderfull lady, she was helping and taking care of us all the time!
