we were only in rome for a night on a stopover and only wanted a place to put the bags so finding the deal on letsbookhotel.com was perfect for us. We stayed in the spacious, cleaned and comfortable apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms), staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was basic, but brought at the agreed time to our flat every day, the apartment house is located at the city center five minutes walk from the Colosseum, there is lot of restaurants near here; for the price we paid it was excellent, free Wi-Fi available

Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room
was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We
had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service
company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a
phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not

It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there
were some

The owner was there to greet us and gave us a quick overview of the
B&B and went over a map of Rome with us, showing us where
attractions, good restaurants and local transportation stops were all
located. There were only three rooms and although we were rit in the
city, it was quiet. The owners thought of everything and had a wonderful

The two proprietors were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in a wicker basket, colour coded for our room colour..it was such a bakery treat - the fridge was well stocked for us to partake of our breakfast as we pleased and when we pleased. I did like this aspect. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and it was so close to the Vatican and the Metro. Very enjoyable 3 visits to this most pleasing accommodation .... will definitely go again.
