  The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening.   This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here. There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote... wat mensen zeggen » l. I didnt, it was to upperclass for my taste, so I had my morning coffe at small coffe bar in Via Sebastiano, of course I had to pay, that meal tick - The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The ceiling fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was in a square round

  Personeel Zeer schoon - The place was simply fantastic. Stunning views from the restaurant which overlooked the bay and hills, sunset was divine. The place was set in an idylic rural setting, with imposing views within a medieval heritage site. You have to expereince this place, simply the best. The staff were really lovely and made our stay very... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable, including the trip around the port and surrounding towns in their auto rikshaw. Want to go back! - Nice week end. We loved Castellabate and Villa Tamara. The apartmentd were pretty and with all the conforts. Ideal location for us, a mature couple, but there were also young families and a group of friends. If you have never been in Cilento, go there. People are friendly and the beach is nice. You're also close to Paestum one of the most important historical places in Italy.

  It was a short walk from what I thought to be a very cute secret beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the donuts with chocolate inside are delicious! - i like the staff, they are very nice and helpful, the room is clean (every day) and it is a nice spot; close to the station, to the center.

  Wij zaten in het appartement in het bijgebouw. Prachtig uitzicht over zee en bergen, heerlijke eigen tuin. Rustig gelegen en toch een handige uitvalsplek als je naar Pompeii, Napels en Amalfi wilt. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. - Eigenlijk alles. Niets is teveel voor de familie en het is heerlijk bijkomen in de olijfgaard.

  We chose this location as it was en route to Rome and needed to chill. The GaiaChiara Resort Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant that was down the road from the Hotel was also excellent.
