Ook stond er een vers gebakken taartje in de vorm van een hart voor ons op de kamer omdat we op huwelijksreis waren. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid met allerlei verse en biologische produkten. We felt like the owners had become our friends and it was sad to leave.   We loved the location of this hidden gem! It is located in Forio, near the top of the mountain. We were nervous at first because the cab driver just kept saying "oh too far, very hard". We soon found that he meant to drive his cab to the hotel ( lots of winding narrow roads, took about 45 minutes). But we got to our destination and couldn't have b... wat mensen zeggen » een happier. It is run by a family. The dad was a builder and the mom a decorator. The daughter speaks the most English and the whole family was extre - We have chosen this hotel for our honeymoon in August 2013 from huge list of hotels on Ischia and as soon as we arrived we were SO glad of our choise. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice, the location is perfect - it's very quiet, but you can reach all the places and sights that you need (they have a free transfer to city and to the beach). Renting a car is a very good solution, but we didn't rent cause we were afraid of tricky roads on island. The breakfast is nice, but there aren't much

We stayed only for 2 nights but we had the chance to take part to a traditional Ischian evening - a very relaxing and happy atmosphere. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Transfer to the ferry very early in the morning - not expensive. As soon as you get there, Pino (the owner) and his family give you a warm welcome and you immediately feel at home. Rooms: there are not so many rooms but all are really nice, always clean and they are e - Pino, the owner and his family are fantastic, they would answer any question with smile and would do ! anything you ask for your best satisfaction. Pino welcomes us with a drink and his wife sent us with a package including lemons from the garden and "Confettura di limoni" that's what I called great hospitality. The room is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The hotel is easily accessible by car and there is plenty of parking spots.I
