  The staff was extremely attentive and caring. They brought us fresh homemade breakfast each morning. My favorite was the blood orange juice and the powdered sugar crescent. We stayed in the Blue room, which was very classy and clean. Very large and luxurious bathroom. We were extremely please with our stay in this wonderful place, Mr Antonio made the stay fresh, exciting, welcoming and warm. He was very helpful and full of recommendations and advice. He even noticed that it was my birthday on the second day of stay and sent a very nice champagne with compliments that made the stay memorable.   This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need.   Hotel Poseidon is perfectly placed in the beautiful Positano with beautiful views across the bay. It has a lovely charm. The terrace is a relaxing place for drinks and just to take in the views. Or a quick dip in the pool which although a little small provides the chance to cool off. The main part of the town is a short walk down the hill. The room, a superior, was clean and comfortable. - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The views are magical. We felt at home at this hotel. The balcony off the room was perhaps the best room feature we have experienced and the robes and slippers were a nice touch.

  Wij hebben enorm geluk gehad met onze kamer. We hadden een prachtige,grote suite, met alles erop en eraan, en als bonus een enorm terras metjaccuzi, dat de baai van Sorrento als uitzicht had!   Everything - we visited the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The scenery and location was perfect. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout our stay ; the local food and wine were excellent.
