Amazing stay!
Breakfast was so good! Italian breakfast are usually a morning injection on sugar and espresso and this was just outstanding. Lovely pastries, but so many more other choices, like fruits, yoghurt, jams etc.

the places we wanted to get to seemed to be a 10 minute walk away.
Inside it is chic, light and airy in lovely neutral colours. The bed was
comfortable, the room spacious and the shower head the size of a dinner
plate! Pierpaulo and Elena the owners are a delightful, young, friendly
and very helpful couple and Pierpaulo made us delicious Sfogliatelli for

We have only stayed at B&B's a couple times, as we normally prefer hotels, but we loved everything about Atmosfere Del Centro Storico. Bozena is just a treasure. Within 5 minutes of meeting her, you will feel like you have known her all your life. The Italian couple that owns the B&B are delightful and full of energy. Made us feel very welcomed since the first moment we step foot on the place -even gave us a welcome beer on the house when we first got there and sang me happy birthday at midnight as a surprise.

We enjoyed our stay at the 'New York of Naples' - it was a very smooth transatlantic crossing!!. Fabrizio and Aida were extremely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful hosts - our lack of Italian was no problem!. Lovely complimentary coffee/tea/juice etc as well as welcome beer 'alla spina' on arrival. Thank you also for the oranges which we enjoyed on the train!! This was an outstanding experience and everything in this B&B was wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and gracious upon our arrival in getting us oriented with Napoli. Our room was spotless, comfortable and appeared to be recently renovated. The port, castle, bus station and old town are all within walking distance. As a result, we would gladly stay there again when we return to the city.

When we planned to stay in Naples and travel to Capri, sores to Pompeii from there we were a bit nervous as we were told by many many people that Naples is not a very safe city, and to some extent it is true.
