Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming.   Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel.
