Pitigliano is rough per-se and I'm not sure there are any "luxury" B&B's in old town Pitigliano. - Great food, very nice town in the deep Tuscan countryside.   We loved everything! A total gem.The quintessential agriturismo. The loveliest owner family, gracious, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. And the food was great. We had dinner each of our three nights and every course was just delicious with locally sourced ingredients prepared by mama, simply , traditionally with real love and passion.
