  The hotel and landscaped gardens are stunning and the entire staff were courteous, friendly and charming. It was our second visit and we shall undoubtedly return! - The enviroment, the kitchen, the very helpfull and friendly people. Inthe middle of nowhere, totaly relaxed!!!

  Enorme gastvrijheid. Alsof je bij goede bekenden op bezoek bent. Dan ben je bij het zwembad en worden er verse vijgen gebracht, net geplukt van de boom. De eigenaar doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Het eten in het aangrenzende restaurant is super met ook diezelfde gastvrijheid en gevoel voor detail. En de eigen wijn is heerlijk! El... wat mensen zeggen » ke dag wordt niet alleen je kamer, maar het hele terrein bijgehouden. Onbijt in het ochtendzonnetje.Kortom, plek om terug te gaan. - We were doing a self-supported cycling trip and this hotel was in the perfect location. Close enough to all the sites yet in a relaxed, beautiful setting. Amazing spa features and beautiful common areas. - A really nice accommodation and very friendly staff. Especially nice was the recreation room/lounge area. The pizza in the restaurant was the best we during our stay in Italy.

  Loved everything about Locanda Poggioleone. Very clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished all around in the building. Beautiful grounds and outdoor dining. We enjoyed a delicsious meal that was home cooked with fresh local produce. The staff were friendly and very helpful with suggesting places to see in the area. Visiting Castiglione del Lag... wat mensen zeggen » o was a highlight. We only stayed one night but would loved to come back to stay longer to see more of the region. Highly recommend this place. - The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in during our visit to Italy. We loved the timber throughout the interior and lovely furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom and everything was really clean. We arrived in the evening and were able to have a delicious home cooked meal. The breakfast was also very nice with homemade pastries and cakes. Absolutely wonderful place to stay and we would love to come back and stay for longer next time.
