  The Sea Palace gave us a free upgrade as we arrived during a low season. We got incredible attention from Alex, even serving as our interpretor when he assisted us in locating my husbands mothers childhood home in Fuscaldo. Our trip would not have been as successful as it was without him. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast did not suit my diabetic husband, they did a cooked breakfast at no extra cost, arranged dinner @ a time to suit us.
