-very helpfull Staff -in the centre of The Old Town -big room. Firstlyl: localization, secondly: very helpful staff. It was reasonably central in Lecce but very difficult to find. -without wi-fi. It did not have the advertised WiFi access - either on netbook or mobile phone. The average breakfast was down the road at a cafe - too bad if you get wet getting breakfast. There was no refrigerator or air-con heat pump as advertised. Very disappointing and lack of WiFi caused us considerable inconvenience. The owner did not offer to discount for lack of advertised facilities.
