  On arrival, we were welcomed with smiles and Maria who spoke several languages. For a small hotel which was owned and run by mother Carmen and her two daughters Sabrena and Pierangela, it has been thoughtfully put together, and the rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was always full which lots of variations (fruits, pastries, cooked food) and ... wat mensen zeggen » Carmen always had time to make one of our boys hot chocolate every morning. We felt very much part of their family. They recommended good restaurants - My husband and our 3 kids just stayed at the Hotel Ancora Riviera and had a wonderful time! The staff is great and always available to help out in any way needed. We especially liked Fausto who always had a smile on his face and was extremely friendly and very helpful in giving us sight seeing information and restaurant recommendations. We truly enjoyed the Sporting Yacht Club located behind the hotel which hotel guests have access to for free. The pool was amazing and they have a fitness room

  The hotel is situated not far from the beach(5-7 minutes walk). The village is not very big, so you can find everything close to the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very tasty, especially home-made cakes from the hotel restaurant. - The helpful and friendly staff were doing everything to make our stay as pleasant as poss... wat mensen zeggen » ible. We were a bit doubtful about the 2 Star rating, but the staff more than compensated for this. This was a pleasant stay for us.

  Everyone who I spoke to here was friendly and helpful. They made my stay really special and I really enjoyed being here. The location is a little bit out of town but that doesn't matter when your hosts have a drink with you at the bar! We were checked in by the proprietor- in chef’s whites, straight out of the kitchen……Dinner was a set menu; food just turned up & we accepted it or waited for the next repast to appear.
