  Stayed for 2 nights July 2013 prior to a cruise. Jerson was amazing and did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and offering city info on various sites. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious...I Miss my sandwiches every morning Jerson :) delicious !! Rooms ... wat mensen zeggen » were immaculate and fresh linens/towels. A great place to stay and I have referred him to many in my travels. A lovely patio restaurant is located at - everthing was awsome. ıts location near to termini(main train station) and close to metro station, 5 minutes walk distance. cleanless, breakfast, comfortable and price balance is really good. design of the room is very modern and different from each other. we were at the pink room and was so romantic.

  The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Also we liked that there're two options within one hotel: cheaper as a hostel and more expensive, but comfortable with more privacy and facilities in every room,... wat mensen zeggen » like in a typical hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.

  We got there in July 2013, it was on a Sunday, the parking opposite the guest house was free( €4 all day for weekdays). It's was easy to locate, 6 mins walk to Colosseo Metro that will take you to Colosseum(1 stop, kids!) or another Metro that will take you to Otravino Metro in Vatican. Very good location! As soon as you enter the Guest house, it seems like another world, quiet, clean and the st - It's a home away from home. Carlo was very accommodating. We don't often see him in the guesthouse but he definitely knows how to attend to our needs. The guesthouse is a few minutes walk from Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome which can get you to other cities like Florence, Milan and Venice. There are a lot of covenience stores within the area where you can buy less expensive bottled waters and some fruits. The free breakfast was served in a nearby cafe. Nothing fancy,
