  Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. We like it better than the I-zen room as our room has an open layout that gives us... wat mensen zeggen » more space. The I-tube room was our next choice. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by ot - We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms. Thank You very much.

  If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. There are two great small restaurants owned by the hotel just across the street where you can eat lunch and din... wat mensen zeggen » ner. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

  Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). Staff were helpful & attended to our requests. Breakfast was fine, shared bathroom fine (no need to wait), rooms & linen were clean, ... wat mensen zeggen » and the bed was comfortable. There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

  Goed te bereiken met Ov. (Tram 8) Erg schoon - The Bed and breakfast was conveniently located right on a tram line that takes you directly to the center, a few minute walk from the Colosseum and other great sites. Room was quiet and clean.The owner is extremely nice and helpful in many ways.The Hop on Hop off bus is a great way to introduce yours... wat mensen zeggen » elf to the places you want to see. We found that the best times to see things is after 10 am and between 12-3 pm when everyone is at lunch. - The owner was fantastic, even she couldn't speak English well, we could communicate with her. And always with an smile in her face. Out of the BnB there's a tram which takes you to the center of Rome. Big bedroom with a big private bathroom.
