  Everything was perfect. Stefano was waiting for us at the corner of the street although we arrived a bit late. He gave us some directions and advices to visit the city. The breakfast was served between 8h and 8h30 as planned, it was very nice presented with a lot of thing to eat and was different everyday (pastries were changing, ham, cheese, egg... wat mensen zeggen » s...). Our room was very quite and very clean ! Another point is that the hotel is perfectly located in Roma : 5 minutes walk from Vatican or plaza - Stefano was wonderful. Answered all our questions and printed our train tickets. Breakfast in the room at any hour..pastries, meats and cheeses.... He even walked us to the bus stop so we would know where we were going. Called the cab and helped with the luggage. The quaint old elevator was a great experience. Location was the best to all activities. Very clean and safe!

  I can't say enough about Nadia who was so helpful and attentive to our every need. Nothing was too much trouble for either Nadia or her colleague Maria and there was a mobile phone in the room which we could take with us if we had any questions, needs or if we got lost, which we did a lot although we did find our way eventually without having to c... wat mensen zeggen » all Nadia. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff and location alone but it ticks all the boxes. It's not a flash 5 star hotel but its perf - The location was great and once you get your bearings and how the streets are signposted, it was easy to get around. The staff were great and very helpful. A big thanks to Nadia and Maria who helped with last minute tour issues via email. Breakfast was good and expresso did the trick first thing in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and clean and all we expected. It was close to the bus drop off from airport so no need for finding taxis.

  Everything was great - very nice and helpul staff - design of rooms (8) and whole hotel, location - you can walk to everything because this hotel is situated in the middle of Rome, just 10 steps to Via del Corso, 2 minutes to Piazza Venezia, 2 minutes to Pantheon, 2 minutes to Fontana di Trevi, 5 minutes to Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to Colosseo, 1... wat mensen zeggen » 2 minutes to Spanish steps. Via del Corso is perfect for shopping from Piazza Venezia up to Piazza Popolo - you can walk whole street for shopping and - Perfect location for seeing all the relevant sights. A few mins from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colloseum. Only a 15 min walk to The Vatican. The hotel rooms are suberb,very modern and clean with remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and the shower is so relaxing. The staff are really out of this world. They made us feel like we were family and could not do enough for us. If you want five star treatment, pay five star prices and stop bad mouthing small establishments. This is a small B&B, very well organised and very well run. People looking for ham and cheese for breakfast are only trying to stuff themselves for the day at the expense - Service was fantastic! Elia was there to give us a warm welcome and i was surprised when she insisted on carrying our (full sized) luggage up the stairs--we didn't expect her to help with the luggage at all; just goes to show how gracious these folks are. We stayed at another hotel the following week which was more expensive but the service was nowhere as great as Tre Moschetierri! Breakfast was ok (great coffee).
