  If you don't mind walking up and down step steps to get from the from entrance to your room then this hotel is a great place to stay. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture dow - My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just

  Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  Amazing place to stay in Rome!! We stayed in this fantastic B&B for 6 fabulous days.   The location (few steps away from Piazza di Spagna) and the decoration of the rooms. This place is in the heart of Rome, perfectly located for a city/shopping trip. All the areas were clean and we loved our stay there. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. It's very small, with just 4 rooms. It is brand-new and just opened in the fall of 2013. When we had an issue with the mattress being too hard the manager addressed it right away by putting a soft cover on it. The street has hardly any cars which is nice but there is a restaurant right below so you will need to close the windows to sleep.

  This place is amazing and beautiful. About a block from the Spanish Steps, the heart of shopping, and great restaurants. It was spotless clean, and a great safe location. Breakfast was served in your room - on a charming table and chair set up. Time of your choosing. It is steps from a Metro Station and our host was very informative about where to go and how to get there. I can't say enough about - We would describe the Domus Bocco Di Leone as exceptional. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is located close to the Spanish steps which made it close to the shops bars and restaurants and an excellent base for all that Rome has to offer. Would We recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Would we stay there again? Most definitely.
