  Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast. Note: for a tourist who prefer the anonymity of a big hotel this is not a solution. Roma 55 is a small family business with five - We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. My wife and I traveled to Rome with our two young daughters (the eldest with 3 years old and the newest with 1 year and 3 months) and we were a bit concerned with finding a hotel that could accommodate our family well.   Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

  I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were great and the bedswere sooo comfortable. We had been in Italy for a couple weeks and itwas the best place we stayed at!! - The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and the food was fantastic. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
