  I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming, hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would. Nice, cosy little bar/breakfast room by the lobby.   Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette, homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian. I won't even bother looking for anywhere else when I return to Pisa, if 23 is not available I'll change my dat - We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :) We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.   Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa.
