I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming,
hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was
clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and
fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would.

Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting
us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near
the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The
breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette,
homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian. Great location right

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.
And last but not least, the location was perfect, with a beautiful view over the Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle II. Oh, and the breakfast was delicio

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

She had everything possible to make you feel welcome and at home. We only stayed one night but if we come back to Pisa, without a doubt we will stay with Maria again. -
Everything was great! Maria is a fantastic and helpful person:) thanks to her, we saw the most beautiful places in Tuscany and we had the best holiday ever! The B&B is very close to the Fields of Miracle, also close to the train station. Breakfast was delicious, thank you Maria for special vegan milk!!!!!
