  Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (half uurtje) en is toch heel betaalbaar, keurig en comfortabel. De sofabanken (2 maal 1-persoons) in de woonkamer zijn prima! Telefonisch werden wij op de hoogte gebracht dat wij vanaf de busterminal werden opgehaald/begeleid naar ons appartement, dit zonder extra kosten (ook niet voor de late ch... wat mensen zeggen » eck-in). Op 200 mtr. - prima appartement voor max. 4 volwassenen aan een zijtak van het Canal. Dichtbij een ontzettend leuk plein met leuke cafeetjes en restaurants waar het eten verrukkelijk is en zeker niet duur is. (Hoofdgerecht circa 12 euro).

  Nelly was cool! - Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits! Easy transport by Vaporetto 2 to the highlights of Venice all night long. - Unusual place to stay in Venice, very quiet, gentle rocking, not that I needed it to go to sleep, very comfortable, lovely views, excellent breakfast.   The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Our room was gorgeous - very spacey and with a sp... wat mensen zeggen » a bath. There was also lots of room to store our belongings. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location! - Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.
