Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.

  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... wat mensen zeggen » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to take the stairs, there is no elevator. We didn't mind at all. The room was cozy and cute with a very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a... wat mensen zeggen » nd a large bathroom by European standards. The shower was great with enough hot water, good water pressure, and a nice shower head. The absolute best - The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.
