I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig. Kamers waren ruim. Ontbijt is voor Italiaanse begrippen gevarieerd en goed. We waren met 7 personen (3 kamers) en mochten op de dag van vertrek 1 kamer houden om onze koffers te stallen tot ons vertrek in de avond. - Netheid, gastvrijheid en goed ontbijt.

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -

Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets. Fantastisch uitzicht, mooie locatie, ontbijt op bed. - Locatie van het hotel is goed, het is centraal gelegen in een gezellige buurt, met uitzicht op de Spaanse trappen. Het is er de hele dag gezellig druk. Om de hoek, op Piazza Mignanelli, restaurant La Rampa waar je goed kunt eten. Metrostation om de hoek, maar eigenlijk is alles op loopafstand.

fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.
