  Excellent staff, from reception to breakfast, just excellent!!! Perfect value for money hotel!!! Rome has many hotels in restored old buildings but this should be the model of keeping all the atmosphere of old ages and giving all the now days comfort and facilities..Really good breakfast (great breakfast time too- 8:00-10:30). In 3 min walk ther is Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano metro - What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

Breakfast - Served in the hotel veranda, it contains so much stuff again it's heard to believe this is still a 3-star hotel!!   Among the heat of mid july and busy of tourists of streets of Rome I was so relieved to find a charming and very calm place to stay. The location is near to metro and bus connections to city center, but at the same time very quite and very green, two loarge public open parks are near to the hotel. I will definitevly stay here next time if I visit Rome for tourism or for busness. - The room was lovely - clean, large and light. It was in a beautiful old palazzo with high ceilings. It was quiet and in an elegant and peaceful area of Rome, but with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. We particularly appreciated the fact that you could use the shared kitchen to cook an evening meal, which as a family allowed us to save a bit of money on eating out.

  Dit was precies wat ik zocht: budgetvriendelijk 8 dagen in Rome verblijven. Heel netjes en met voldoende comfort. Dichtbij bushalte en rustig gelegen. So, you should give clear instructions to the person who will go the hotel because they may go in nights and that will be bad experience. Since I do not know the place I went in the day time. Cheers, Ramaiah - The B&B was in an apartment complex. They had laundry services, refridgerators and stoves for use. There were only 4 rooms in the B&B, thus it was very quiet and had a homey feel to it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
