  Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

  This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence. Very close to sight seeing, shopping, river etc. The room was well designed with everything one would need including a small safe, it was very clean and the facilities were everything that I needed. There were a good range of English books on things to do in Florence - Fantastic location literally bang in the heart of Florence just off piazza de la signoria, room was clean and the facilities were everything that I needed. The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

  We loved il Gattopardo! It was in the perfect location for seeing the historical city. The B&B was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the decor was great with wonderful charm. They gave us directions and advice on where to go and where to eat. We loved everything about Florence from the B&B the Segway - Excellent location in the heart of Florence. Everything was within a short walking distance. Great well stocked kitchen so we were able to make a few of our own meals as well as keep snacks in the refrigerator. Shared bath was very large and kept clean.

  My friend and I travelled to Florence for 4 days in March this year. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stanze del David. The welcome and hospitality were superb. The entire B&B is impeccably clean and elegantly decorated, I felt like a princess in my room!   We loved the location and the size of the suite. It was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. Our host, Duccio, was very pleasant and greeted us with wine and complimentary soft drinks. This place is for people that are more independent. Other then your host, there is no staff like you would find in a hotel. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence
