  The building is quite safe given the area around the Termini station and quite easy to find. The rooms are well equipped with aircon, TV, amenities. The check-in was smooth and the personnel was eager to answer our questions.   gastvrij - Isa was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. Originally I had booked us the smaller room with a separate bathroom however half way through she upgraded us to a huge lovely en suite room which was a nice surprise. Both rooms we stayed in were very clean, colourful and bright. She delivered us br... wat mensen zeggen » eakfast every morning and cleaned the room each day immaculately whilst we were out sightseeing. The B&B was extremely close to the train station which had gr - Isabella was wonderful! Upon check in she gave us big bottles of cold water and green grapes. Breakfast was very good with hot croissants, hard boiled eggs, bananas, coffee, juice, yogurt.Internet was available and the elevator was easy access. It was in a neighborhood that was good to explore and we walked to the Coliseum. The rooms were big and very neat and comfortable.

  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room. I really liked it. - everything was more than we expected. we booked a room for 4 persons but at our arrival the staff realized it is suitable only for 3 and immediately give as an additional room so we could stay there more comfortable in 2 rooms, very clean, in the middle of the city, free wifi etc.
