Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

  The position is excellent. On the fourth floor of a substantial palazzio gives the hotel an authentic feel. The manager was very welcoming. The rooms were large, well appointed and the verandah was special for a private breakfast or evening drink. An oasis of privacy after battling the tourist hoards - The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.

  Stayed here 3 nights and would come back again & recommend definitely: - perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center - the apartment is light & spacious enough - with it's 2 twin bedrooms & 2 sofas in the living-room it is ideal for 2 couples or a family wit... wat mensen zeggen » h children or a group of 4 - 6 persons - "all you need" equipped kitchen includes fridge, kettle washing machine(!), an oven(!) + microwave oven, plen - The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise: you get what you pay for.
