  We stayed at Relais De L'Opera for our honeymoon in Rome and it was an excellent choice. We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us. Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on.   What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. The ter - Residenza Torre Colonna was incredible - the facility itself is totally unique, the location is terrific, and the people are all wonderful! We could not have imagined a better experience. After we had checked out and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed. The rooms were spacious, clean, included a fridge and air con and a sofa/dining table outside of the bedroom. Hospitality was excellent, the hotel - The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again. When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B.   It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!
