wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though
she couldn't speak English well. Nevertheless, she made my wife and
I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride
from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy
and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great,
which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station.

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig. Kamers waren ruim. Ontbijt is voor Italiaanse begrippen gevarieerd en goed. We waren met 7 personen (3 kamers) en mochten op de dag van vertrek 1 kamer houden om onze koffers te stallen tot ons vertrek in de avond. - Netheid, gastvrijheid en goed ontbijt.

Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city.
The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying.

We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling.
I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need.
The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

Joined to the convent, it is run by the Catechist Sisters of St Anne (there's mass every morning at 06:50, if you fancy joining them).
Simply furnished, this is a very basic hotel, and not one for a "romantic weekend" perhaps, but a perfect crash-pad for friends having a break in Rome.

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini.
