  They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... wat mensen zeggen » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. The pantheon and piazza Navone were an easy 10 minute walk, Vatican 25 minutes, colliseum 15 minutes, LOCATION, LOCATION really important for Rome. The hotel has TWO roof terraces on floor - We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend. - I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day. Well, we didn't get that very exuberance, but we had the rare privilege of being the first once ucupying the room, coz the hotel is brand new, and that's probably why.   Wonderful hotel! the staff was friendly, gave us great recommendations to restaurants & booked for us the web reservation for the different sites. It is located between the Spanish steps & Piazza Navona right in the middle of everything, but still we had peace & quiet.
