The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. De kamers voldeden aan de verwachtingen. Het hotel ligt centraal gelegen in het centrum, alles is aan te lopen. Het personeel hielp ons vriendelijk om een taxi te bestellen en informatie te geven over goede restaurants in de buurt. -

Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean.
