  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed... wat mensen zeggen » iately after us. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  Everyone was very professional and kind. Provided ideas on what to do and places to eat. The complementary fruit, water, coffee/tea, nuts and chocolates were a nice touch!   They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

  Decor - modern and appealing Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment. Excellent location. - Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great ... wat mensen zeggen » and the historical mambojambo is absolutely brilliant,staying in the middle of a city does mean you get woken by loud Italian men in the morning.....and they say women talk!!!....duh... Don't forget to take enough cash......it is expensive.....

  Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful. It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal - - amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window! - extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect - great value for money in the centre of Rome - nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant - we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times! - all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

  Antonio, oh, Antonio! You made our stay so wonderful, we will remember it forever! Thank you for roses and champaign on our honeymoon! Jacuzzi on the roof top with night Roma view is incredible! We are under the best impressions and would reccomend this hotel to our friends. We also got a free upgrade to LUX as a present and breakfast was served ... wat mensen zeggen » during the whole day! Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The location is also excellent, you can walk to the Vatican, Trastevere, P... wat mensen zeggen » iazza del Popolo, Piazza Spagna, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Phanteon, Colisseum... We will come back on our next trip to Rome! - Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)
