  The room is very comfortable and clean with internal bathroom. Hotel owner Mr Giovanni sent breakfast to our room every morning. Very nice location. 20 minutes walk to the historical center. There is grocery store, shopping mall, restaurant and haircut near the hotel. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. You have everything you need in the room, especially for a traveler that leaves in the morning and comes back in the evening every day. Breakfast was a lot of sweet stuff. I would have liked something different, more classic, but that's Italian breakfast and it was ok.

  The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. It's a small place so it was never noisy. You could access beverages in the hallway anytime of the day. The place was situated close to the underground, which was... wat mensen zeggen » convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. We were told that Salvatore's mum made the pastries and biscuits - delicious! The rooms were small side b - Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

  The location was great! We could see the San Giovanni cathedral's top statues right out our window and strolled past the Coloseum nearly everyday on our way to and from other Rome sights. The owner was also really friendly. We usually left before he arrived to clean rooms and such in the morning, but he made us expresso to go with our breakfast th... wat mensen zeggen » e two days he was around. And he had some free maps for travelers. Since the place is set up with a bunch of bedrooms attached to a kitchen/living are - Location was perfect, a short walk to Metro, many good restaurants nearby and shopping as well. My sister and I felt very safe, our room was just the right size, comfortable bed and a nice view with a small balcony. The owner Bernardo is gracious and welcoming.

A very helpful owner, a 5 minute walk to metro station, Rome sights and attractions reachable in a short time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the metro yet walking distance to San Giovanni in Laterano. The Italian breakfast consisted of plenty of croissants, espresso, toast, juice and cereal. It was an ideal place to stay while in Rome and a wonderfully quiet refuge when we needed a rest from exploring the city.

  The staff (luciano) was very helpful, from the time we arrived he explained us on the map where we are and how we can get to most important places with public transportation. Also he print for us the vatican city voucher because we forgot it free of charge. The room was very clean and exactly as presented in the photos. Also the - It has been renewed, I like everything. For sure the next time I will go to Rome I will give a try. San Giovanni in Laterano is just crossing the street, the Colosseum ~15 mins walking, Santa Maria Maggiore ~10mins walking... the perfect place to be in Rome and visit the most important points of interest without the need of taking public transportation. To go to the catacombs just take the bus almost in front of the B&B.
