As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. The local restaurants he recommended were all good and friendly to tourists. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great. We would recommend to others. - The B&B was in a fantastic location! It was only a 1 minute walk away from the Vatican! Bus stop right outside your door and taxi rank too for travel from and to the airports! Andrea the owner is brilliant! Gives so much information and was extremely helpful when we arrived. The rooms are brilliant and clean! A fantastic place to stay!

  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.   Roberta, great location. One block from the Vatican. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Safe, great little restaurants. Nice little coffee shop right a cross the street. Again Roberta the host. - Roberta and her staff were wonderful. It was a great experience. I would go back there again an recommend it to others!

  Via Ottaviano 9 is a 5 minute walk from Ottaviano metro stop and Musei Vaticani. Francesco and Angela were very helpful and cordial. I appreciated both their patience and promptness. Look for the buzzer on the right jamb of the main door. There is an elevator for heavier bags up to the 5th floor. My wife and I had a good time. This is - The location is perfect, just besides the red line metro stop Ottaviano, which makes you easy to access to many sight seeing places in Rome. The B&B itself is also pretty close to the Vatican Museum, actually you can see the wall of Vatican at the street. The staff there is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfort.
