What impressed me most is Maria, the owner of the guesthouse. She is unbelievably helpful even before I arrive! On my departure day, I went to Venice Biennale and almost missed my boat to the airport, but Maria personally took my luggage to the pier so that I did not have to go back to the guesthouse to get it! Everything else in the guesthouse is cozy family feel! BTW, if you fly to venice, the guesthouse is 4 mins walk to Ca'Rezzonico, an airport boat stop, so extremely convenient. All in all

I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

De uiterst vriendelijke staf. Airco in de kamer. De ligging van het hotel(vlak bij het gezellige Campo Santo Stefano,bezienswaardigheden op paar minuutjes lopen-afstand en vanaf de vaporettohalte San Samuele is het hotel zelfs "bruggetjes-loos"bereikbaar,wat met een zware koffer erg fijn is. - Het ontbijt was misschien niet erg uitgebreid zoals in

Kon zonder problemen met blote voeten rondlopen. En het bed, gewoon perfect. De ligging van het hotel is ook een aanrader : op 3 minuutjes van de vaporetto (S. Angelo). Als we ooit terugkeren, kiezen we weerom voor dit aangenaam hotelletje.
